Hey I’m Ella 👋 I bought my place last year and since then have been lucky enough to had friends living with me, but I’m now on the hunt for a new flatmate.
The place is a 3 bedroom ex council flat in Kennington - 10-15 min walk from the tube (Zone 1/2 on the branch of the Northern Line). On a super quiet square just behind Kennington Park.
The room is a furnished double room & can come with a desk if you like (optional). The living room is a sun trap with a balcony and there is also a small office / spare room - I work from home maximum 2 days a week and you are welcome to use the office all other days and I’m also happy for you to have guests stay now and then :)
About me: I’m 32, have lived back in London for 3 years after living abroad (NZ) in my 20s. I work in HR in the music industry. I love live music / going to see DJs, finding new restaurants, the gym, running & generally making the most of what London has to offer. I have a lot of friends in London so I’m out a fair bit but also love a night in, so ideally looking for someone on the same vibe. I am laid back (but tidy!) as a flatmate, and want it to feel like a flatmate dynamic not a landlord dynamic.
Move in date ideally early January but can be flexible for the right person.
Looking for: ideally female 28-38 (no couples sorry)
Rent (monthly): £950 + £150 flat fee for bills (including fortnightly cleaner)
Tenancy term: flexible
Deposit: £750
