Double Room sublet 2 min walk from Kennington tube

Currently occupied but am visiting family in Hong Kong from 15Jan-10Feb 2026 so would like to sublet my double room during that period.

£200 per week all bills included.

2 min walk from the Kennington tube station which brings you to:

Waterloo / Southbank ~10min
Chinatown / Soho ~15min
Victoria ~20min
Oxford Street ~25min

Apart from the room itself, you will have access to the kitchen, fridge, bathroom, washing machine, and a really nice balcony (which will be the only allowed smoking area, in case you are a smoker).

I will be leaving most of my belongings inside my wardrobe and drawers as well as under the bed hence the very affordable asking price, but what you see in the pictures is pretty much what you get. Happy for you to use any appliances / amenities that I have in my room and drawers like the vacuum, fan, bluetooth speakers, diffuser, candles and incense sticks. Would need to ask for a deposit of £400 in case of any damaged property which will be returned to you in full given the room and communal areas are returned in the same condition I left it.

Kitchen is communal between you and 2 other housemates.

Bathroom is shared between you and 1 other housemate.

You will also be living with our live-in landlady’s dog Taco! (He is a local celebrity.) Both of your housemates occassionally will have their boyfriends over. So your guests will also be very welcome but please be considerate- no late night noise and hogging the kitchen and bathroom when guests are over please.

Looking for any professional, creative female preferred. Priority will be given to those who can take up as long of the period as possible. Please specify the period you would like to rent the room.
