Jan/Feb sublet of bright Kennington double

I’m looking to sublet my double room in a four bed flat from ~Jan 1st- February 16th (start and end dates flexible! Can go into December as well!). £670/ month with bills around ~125 per month.

About the flat:
The flat is well taken care of and has a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom and a cute garden as well! It’s about a 3 minute walk to Kennington station and 10 minutes to elephant and castle rail, so it’s super convenient for everything!
This is a friendly, relaxed, and tidy household, and we’re looking for someone who fits in with the good little crew we have going:)

About the room:
The room is a good sized double furnished with bed, dresser, desk, and bed side table. It’s a warm room (and house!) in the winter, which is so nice!
