Have a lovely room going right near Kennington station. Living with two flatmates CJ and Paolo, sad to not be there living with them. Room is suitable for WFH with a nice desk.
Sublet situation! As in my things are currently still there in the room, you'll have access to a full dresser, but know it's not a totally empty room. I know not ideal but I'm traveling abroad in North America longer than expected. If you are interested in this room through to the lease ending in September, do let me know and we can try and work something out. I would come back soon to move things out in that case.
Genuinely I like living here a lot, very near all sorts of things in kennington, elephant and castle, and close to Waterloo. Bills come out to around £150 on top including council tax with is £69.
