I am moving out of this great flat. I have genuinely loved living in the area as it is super convenient to central and loads of stuff around the flat. I have also loved living with my flatmates and genuinely sad to move out. Looking for someone to replace me until 31 August 2026 when the lease runs out. Move in date ASAP.

A sociable household who enjoys spending time together in the evenings but still has our own friendship groups. Looking for someone who is friendly, relaxed and tidy. Looking for someone who preferably works from the office more and is LGBT friendly.
Reference checks will be needed by the landlord.
