We're looking for a laid back lady to join our three bedroom flat in Kennington.
You'll be living with two Aussies in their 30s, we've been friends for ages and looking for someone in the same age bracket to join our little home. We are not a party household, but do love a fancy dinner and having friends over for one too many wines. Both work full time with a mix of office and WFH days.
About the room:
Double bed room with bed and wardrobe included, there is enough space for a small desk, bedside tables and sheds too but not included.
£880pm not including bills, which are roughly £130pm depending on the season.
About you:
30s, female, full time working professional (no students sorry) needs to be a UK citizen, or at least 2 years on your visa. Looking for sometime who is tidy, happy to hang out as a flat but also respects solo time.
