—The House—
Bright room with a double bed and wardrobe. There’s no desk in the room currently, but there is one in the house if needed. There is also a large cupboard in the hallway that will be empty and for you to use as storage.
One and a half bathrooms. Big living room. Kitchen is fitted with fridge/freezer, washing machine and has dinning table. There is also a patio.

Rent = £950 per month
Bills = £109 per month (includes utilities, water, internet and TV license; does NOT include council tax)

—Location—
The area is 10 minutes to Kennington station. 20 minutes by bus or ~30ish minute walk to London Bridge or Waterloo. Denmark Hill is about 30 minutes away walk or bus and Brixton 45 minutes by bus.
There is a Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Tesco all within 10 minutes as well as lots of other shops, cafes, a gym and more!

—Housemate—
I’m Holly! I’m 29 and a PhD student. I am hoping to find another PhD student as a housemate (or a professional willing to cover the council tax). I moved in about 6 months ago, and have enjoyed living here and would like to stay! My current housemate is moving out to be closer to their new job, so I’m looking for someone to move in. I love going to the cinema, occasional dinner parties and exploring London.

This house would be suited to someone who would like to live in a tidy and easy going home. I appreciate space, but would also love to make a new friend!
