Lovely room in central London

We are Pablo (he/him) and Pablo (he/him), two Spanish guys looking for a new flatmate to join our spacious 3-bedroom home.

We're looking for someone clean, respectful, and tidy. Ideally, a fellow professional who has their own established routine but is happy to say hello in the hallway and share moments with the rest of the household.

This room comes furnished and consists of a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack with storage available under the bed.

The flat is a 3-bedroom house with one spacious bathroom and one large kitchen-living room.
There's also a nice patio in which you forget that you are in Central London.

We are located in a really well-connected area. 4 minutes walking from Kennington tube station (Northern Line, both branches) and 10 min walk to Oval station. There are also plenty of buses running to Central London and other areas.

Most amenities are 2-10 minutes away: Nisa, Tesco Superstore and Express, and various other shops/cafes, GP, pharmacies. Also, a 15 min walk from Elephant Park.

The quoted price is £691 rental + bills (£160). There are no extra fees for admin, etc.
