I am moving out of this amazing house and my current housemates are looking to replace me. Room is available as of 30 September.

A bit about the current tenants: we're both 30 — one guy, one girl. He's a London native working in tech, and a big football and pub fan (the social kind, not the stumble-home kind). She's Canadian, works in marketing, and is into the gym and travelling. We're easy-going, like a good laugh, and genuinely enjoy spending time together as a household without living in each other's pockets.

We're open to guys or girls — we just care that you're friendly, respectful, and have good chat!

The place has been newly renovated and is honestly a great spot. It includes:

This is the primary bedroom with built in wardrobes, a desk. The desk chair and bedside table are for sale. The other arm chair and chest of drawers are not staying.

Right on the high street — gym, supermarkets, restaurants, and transport all on your doorstep

The current contract runs until October, with the possibility of extending beyond that.
