Large double Room between Kennington And Elelphant

After a few years of living solo I've realised that a separate living and and dining room was more space than I needed, and miss the company of when I was flatsharing. So have now converted one into another bedroom and excited to find someone to share with.

It is a Victorian ground floor flat with a small patio at the rear. We're on a quiet street and have quiet neighbours, so noise is rarely an issue.

The room is pretty big and has plenty room to fit a desk if needed (I'm happy to look at getting one if it was needed for WFH or general lifeing). We're a 5 minute walk to Kennington tube station, a little under 10 to elephant and castle.

I've had a recent bathroom renovation, and there is a dishwasher + washing machine, but no dryer.
The flat it isn't really suitable for a bike in flat (I've tried!) unless something foldy-upy.
There is also access to a roof terrace that is shared with the 9 other flats on the block.

About me: I'm a software engineer, generally in the office Mondays and Fridays but occasionally more. Hockey player along with the other generics (gym goer, runner, hang out with friends...).

Initially looking for a shorter / fixed term let, but open to longer if it feels a good fit
