Bills are very low, around £30 a month.
The heating is on a council system, so you can keep it on all the time during the winter without racking up higher bills. The house stays nice and warm during the winter as it is anyway. Overall it’s very economical.

Kitchen also has a big balcony you can sit on in the summer
