Kennington room 2 minutes from tube with garden

Available from late August/early September

The house is a three bed with a garden with an office/game room. It’s a new build with new furniture and has a lovely big living area. The garden is furnished and we plant vegetables in our raised beds. There's onsite indoor bike storage facilities.

The location is amazing for transport having Kennington tube which has all 4 Northern Line connections! Locally we're also a stones throw from some lovely pubs, coffee shops, and Kennington Park.

Rooms are furnished with beds, mattress, lockers & built in wardrobes so will have plenty of storage. The bedroom will share a bathroom with one housemate.

We occasionally host friends for dinner & drinks, or garden parties in the summer. It’s not a party house, and 3am after sessions aren’t what we’re looking for!! You should be conscientious in keeping the house tidy and cleaning up after yourself so we’re all happy. We have cleaner every 3 weeks, but we keep it tidy between these.

Looking for a sociable and friendly housemate. We all have our own friends and lives and are pretty independent, but we want someone who likes sharing a chat in the evenings over a cuppa or a stroll to the local park.

You’ll be sharing with myself (James) and my housemate Sophie. I’m 30 years old, from Ireland and work as a climate change consultant, normally in the office 4 days a week. In my spare time you can find me at the climbing gym, playing guitar, enjoying a bougie coffee, yoga-ing, watching the rugby or meeting some friends for a cold one. I also love to do a bit of travel and I’m particularly partial to anywhere I can surf!

Sophie is 32, does Product Marketing for an asset management firm and is usually in the office 2 days a week. In her spare time Sophie can normally be found at the gym, the pole studio or dance studio. She loves a long walk, sauna/cold plunge sessions, learning about health and wellness, cosy evenings and spending cute time with her friends - if it involves a walk or a park hang out with picky bits even better!
