A lovely, well-sized, bright double room is available in a flat with two friendly professional tenants. Unfortunately, I'm moving out to move in with my sister, so my room is up for grabs.

Location:
An 8-10 min walk to Kennington Station
An 8 min walk to Walworth Road with good bus transport to central London
A 20 min walk to Elephant & Castle

The flatmates:
Both flatmates are professionals working in London looking for another professional to join them.

As a flat, we enjoy spending time together, whether having a night in watching Love Island or Taskmaster or going to explore the lovely pubs in the area. The flat is hoping to continue that dynamic - you don't need to do everything together, and each person has their own routines, but it's a friendly place and doing a dinner or drinks together every once in a while is ideal.

Cost:
The room is 1050 (as is the deposit), and bills usually come to around 175 per month, which includes:
- water
- wifi
- gas & electric
- Council tax
