Hi,

Unfortunately, my lovely flatmate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend at the end of October so I’m looking for someone to come and join me in our two bedroom flat.

The rent is £1150 without bills, which are currently ~£200 per month.

The room is a double bedroom with your own private terrace and comes furnished with the bed, bedside table and desk, with a shared bathroom.

The flat has an open planned living area and kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The flat is very light, bright and airy and has under-floor heating throughout.

We are situated a 5-minute walk from Kennington Tube station and about a 15-minute walk from Elephant & Castle. There’s lots of amenities nearby with two parks and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk as well as lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and pubs.

I’m Liv, I’m 26 and I’m a project manager and soon to be a qualified Pilates instructor! I enjoy staying active, socialising and exploring London, but equally love evenings at home, watching TV. I’m looking for another girl in her mid-late twenties to move in!
