Hello!

I'm Verity, renting out a double room in my 3 bed flat in Kennington. You'd be sharing the flat with me.

The flat has a generously-sized kitchen, a light-filled living room/dining space, sensible storage and a seperate WC and bathroom (shower, no bath).

The monthly cost is inclusive of bills inc. unlimited heating and hot water. The flat is never cold! The broadband is speedy and your room includes a signal booster just to make sure it's as strong as possible because it's in the opposite corner to the WiFi router.

The flat is in a quiet, green area, over looking Kennington Park Open Space on one side and a pedestrianised area on the other. It's in a secure block with fob entry. There's a corner shop, pharmacy, GP surgery and library very close by. Kennington and Oval tubes are less than a 10 minute walk. There are regular buses from John Ruskin Street and Kennington Park.

I work full time, usually 4 days in the office. I am quite busy in the evenings and sometimes work late. I'm active and social but not a party animal and my ideal flatmate would be on a similar wavelength.
