A lovely small-to-medium double bedroom will soon be available in our friendly flat in central Kennington, just a short walk from several transport links.

Location

The flat is ideally located near Walworth High Street, with plenty of local amenities close by, including several convenience stores, a large Lidl, Morrisons, and the popular East Street Market.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. We all get on well and enjoy spending time together both in and outside the flat, so we'd love to find someone who is happy to join us for the occasional drink, coffee, TV night, or catch-up.

The overall vibe of the household is much more important to us than anything else. While we'd ideally love to find another gay man to join the flat, everyone is welcome to apply.

Jim, 31
Works in Operations for a beauty brand. Splits his time between the office (3 days a week) and working from home. Interests include true crime and murder documentaries, live music (especially Beyoncé!), and vegetarian cooking.

Dan, 34
A freelance creative who also works in an event space. Usually works from home. Into tattooing, design, creativity in all forms, and politics.

Furqan, 35
Works in university research and typically spends 1 to 2 days a week in the office, with the remainder working from home. Enjoys going to the gym, cooking, and travelling.
