Double Room in 3 bed flat

Hey!!

We are two girls aged 26 and 30 looking for a new flatmate! Located in Kennington/Camberwell/Oval area.

Our previous flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so looking to fill her room.

I work in event sales and my housemate works in Media. Both work from the office 4 times a week.

Both super easy going and love to keep the place relaxed and clean. We enjoy exercise, art and music. We are both outgoing and love a glass of wine together however, also do our separate things.

The flat:
- Bright and airy with big windows
- 10 min walk from Oval and Kennington Tube Station (Northern Line)
- lovely balcony
- Fully furnished
- Shared kitchen and bathroom
- Quiet residential street but super close to parks and pubs
- All bills roughly £125 each per month

We are looking for a housemate who is nice and easy to live with. We are not a party flat but love a glass of wine and a chat. Looking for someone social but respects each other’s space.

Ideal move in date 11th October however our previous housemate can be super flexible. So if you need to move in earlier than be accommodated.
