Room in 3 bedroom flat

Single room available for girl. Sorry but my landlord wants a girl for keep the balance... 1st of July, probably a few days before.

It´s the smallest room of the house, cheapest one, where i have been untill now that i am moving to the biggest one.

The room has a double bed, shelving, wardrobe and drawer.
My two flatmates are students and they are leaving at the end of this month...a friend mine will have the medium room and this one will be available.

The best of the house is that you will share it just with 2 more people and having a great living room.
You will share it the house with: me, boy from spain, 25. and my friend: boy from spain, 24....both very friendly, clean, tidy and simple so we want someone similar.

The room is for 1 person, no couples.

Next to the house you have the underground just 4 minutes by walk and walworth road where you can buy everything and get many buses routes.

My landlord want reference from your last property and from your work...no jobseeker.
The contract is for 1 year but if you need to leave earlier just need to find out someone who take your room.

The rent is 450 per month plus bills (around 50-60)
