Light, spacious flat only 25 mins from West End

I have lived in the flat since 2012 and really love it here. It only takes 30 minutes to get to the West End and there are lots of different transport connections fairly close by, even getting to Heathrow and Gatwick is fairly easy.

The flat is a great size for two people with a separate toilet from the bathroom and a decent sized kitchen. The bedroom available is a double and comes with a bed, 2 single wardrobes, 2 single drawers, desk, lamp and bedside table. The flat also has a great balcony that gets sun all afternoon.

The water and heating are included in the rent and then the monthly bills are usually between £85-90 which includes council tax, electricity, gas (which is on a card for the hob only), Sky broadband with Now TV and Sky Movies and the TV license. I also have Amazon Prime with instant video through my WiiU.

I am a clean, tidy and respectful person and looking for someone who is the same and will take their fair share of the household chores. We have a 10kg washing machine so you can get a big load all done in one go and the flat has a fridge freezer and an extra small fridge so makes it really handy if you do a weekly shop. I work shifts so sometimes don't get home till around 11:30pm and work different days each week. I also go out some evenings and every now and again I travel to visit old friends or family over the weekend.

I travel a fair bit, but when home I am happy to chat together, catch up over dinner or a drink and watch a movie, at the same time I respect peoples privacy and if you don't want to hang out it won't be an issue. I just don't want to live with a bedroom recluse who permanently shuts themselves away.

It is rented directly from the landlord and he is fairly responsive and gets things done when needed. He will do all the checks on your reference and such.

There is a parking lot at the base of the flats but would require purchasing a resident permit. I have a couple of permits that have 10 single day passes on if anyone comes to visit.
