Double room in lovely 4 bed house!

Hi,

We have a double room available for rent in our lovely 4 bed house between Kennington Park and Walworth Road. The room has a small double bed, wardrobe and small set of shelves (plus bedding can be provided).

The kitchen and living room are both good size spaces and we have a garden where we sometimes have BBQs in the Summer. There is an upstairs bathroom with a toilet and a downstairs loo too.

We are looking for someone who speaks good English, is easy-going, clean and looking for somewhere to stay for at least a year.

The location is great:
- 5-7 mins walk from Kennington/Oval tubes (Northern line)
- 5 mins walk from Walworth Rd (shopping street with a Morrisons, Iceland, M&S, Tesco Express etc.)
- 5 mins walk from East Street Market.
- 5 mins walk from Kennington Park
-25 mins walk from Waterloo/South Bank

There is parking available nearby but parking permits need to be purchased from the council.

The monthly rent includes council tax. Other bills are on top and come to about £35-40 per month.
