House is in a brilliant, super safe, location just 8 minutes’ walk from Kennington tube station (Zone 2, Northern Line) and 10 minutes from Elephant and Castle (Zone 1, Northern Line/Bakerloo Line). The house is situated in a pedestrian area, so is really quiet. Just ten minutes or so from Oxford Circus or The City.

Ground floor features a cozy separate lounge with L-shaped sofa/bed, TV. Off the hall there is a separate toilet with basin. A large storage cupboard, large enough for bicycles. A huge (12’ x 12’) kitchen/dining room with two fridge freezers, cooker, washer/dryer, dining table and chairs. The kitchen leads out onto a private, patio garden.

Location: The house enjoys a central London location with the excellent Kennington and Pasley Parks within a five minute stroll. Very close to the shops & restaurants of nearby Kennington Triangle and Walworth Road. The rapidly developing Elephant & Castle is five minutes away with new bars and restaurants opening all the time. Central London is within easy reach via Kennington and Elephant & Castle [E & C] tube stations and numerous bus and bicycle routes.
Shopping: All of London’s major shopping areas and attractions are within easy reach on foot, by bus, tube and cycle hire facilities, You can also enjoy pottering around a choice of markets in and around Kennington & Walworth. These include Borough Market on Fridays and Saturdays, Lower Marsh Food Market, the famous East Street Market, Bermondsey Square Farmers’ Market on Saturdays, Bermondsey Square Antiques Market on Fridays, Oval Farmers Market on Saturdays and New Covent Garden Flower Market.
