We have a very large double room available with good views and a king size bed in a high rise maisonette which is 2 mins walk from Kennington tube and about 5 mins from Elephant and Castle.
There are 3 bedrooms in the flat so you'd be sharing the flat with 2 others. They're both mild mannered, friendly, sociable and work regular hours. The building is safe and secure with a concierge desk, cctv, electronic doors, etc. The owner doesn't live in the flat.
The current occupants like to keep it very clean and tidy so we're looking for somebody who will do the same. A dedicated cleaner visits the flat every two weeks and keeps the common areas nice and shiny. The room was recently redecorated so it’s in great condition too.
The flat has a fully stocked kitchen with fridge, washer dryer, microwave, plates, pots and pans, etc. It's also got an attached dining area with tv, unlimited fibre broadband, etc. Outside, it has a balcony with an obscure view of london eye, houses of parliament, etc.
The room is for single occupancy only by a non-smoker, that means only one person living in it. It's ok if you have friends or partners to stay for a few days but not permanently. Minimum contract period is 6 months.
