The room's fully furnished with lots of storage. It comes with a double bed, bedside drawer, wardrobe, chest of draws, rug, armchair, chair and desk. I'm more than happy for you to decorate so it will truly be your home. The room is 5 metres square and next to the shower room so practically an en-suite.

I'm a laidback but attentive live-in landlord, that always looks after the place.

The flat is within walking distance of Central London. There are two bicycle locking loops at the front of the property.

The flat has three bedrooms with an L shaped living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances. fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, steamer and tumble dryer. There's a bathroom and a shower room. The flat has unlimited fibre optic broadband. We have a beautiful garden which is a real gem. It has a large patio that gets the afternoon sun and is ideal for bbqs. The garden backs onto a park so you feel like you could be in the countryside. We also have a sweet cat called Nato. He's learnt to only go in bedrooms if invited. I've lived here for ten years and made it into a lovely home. I'm an artist and have my studio at the end of the garden. My flatmate is a 28 year old structural engineer. We’re both are sociable and get on really well though also respect each others space.

Kennington tube station is a short walk away. There’s a Morrisons, Tesco and M&S round the corner. There are lots of shops, gyms, restaurants, parks and pubs nearby. I really enjoy living in the area.
