The room's fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, built-in cupboard, bedside chest of drawers, under bed storage, foldout table and office chair. It overlooks the garden and Pasley Park. I’ve recently decorated the room and will be more than happy to hang any pictures that you have.

I'm a laid back but attentive live-in landlord, who always looks after the place.

The flat is within walking distance of Central London. There are two bicycle locking loops at the front of the property.

The flat has three bedrooms with an L-shaped living room-dining area-kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances - fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, steamer and tumble dryer. There's a bathroom and a downstairs toilet/shower room. The flat has unlimited fibre optic broadband. We have a beautiful garden which is a real gem. It has a large patio that gets the afternoon sun and is ideal for bbqs. The garden backs onto the park so you feel like you could be in the countryside. We also have a sweet cat called Nato. He's learnt to only go in bedrooms if invited. I've lived here for over a decade and have made it into a lovely home. I'm an artist and have my studio at the end of the garden. I also freelance at a few museums and galleries. Ludan has lived here for over a year. She works in Property Marketing. She’s lovely and it’s great hanging out with her for evening chats or dinner.

Kennington tube station is a short walk away. There’s a Morrisons and Tesco just round the corner. There are lots of shops, gyms, restaurants, parks and pubs nearby. I really enjoy living in the area.
