Room available in a quiet split-level flat in Kennington, for single occupancy.
Also room is only available until June of 2026.

Sharing with a professional English/ Spanish couple who own the flat.

The bedroom is light and bright, but also has blackout curtains. It opens onto a large balcony.

The bathroom is shared with one other part-time renter.

Quick commute to west/central/city/east London with by underground, bus or train. The flat is 5 minutes walk to Kennington (zone 2) on the Northern line or 12 minutes to Elephant and Castle (zone 1) on the Bakerloo line. 20 minutes cycle from Westminster, Covent Garden, or the City.

The local high street with a post office, banks, pharmacies, and supermarkets is a short walk away, restaurants of every kind, and a street market.

Bills, linen and towels included if required.
