Double room for one person in Kennington

We have a lovely double room available for one person from 13th July . The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, desk, etc. We also provide all the bedding for you.

The house has 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, lots of storage in the kitchen and a cute garden.

Our kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc. The house has two bathrooms. It is all kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes around once a week to clean all the communal areas. Please note, we don't have a living room.

The house would be ideally suited to young professionals and to students here to further improve their education and/or work experience. We are looking for people who would appreciate living in a well decorated, tidy and clean house.

We are just short a 7 minute walk to Kennington tube and there are several buses and night buses to central London directions.

Double room for one person : £159/week . It includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence), wireless broadband Internet and cleaner. There are no other hidden charges in the weekly rent.
