I would ask that, in the spirit of fairness and mutual respect, the place is left as found. That means cleaning the cooker after using it; using the brush in the toilet, wiping the bowl and seat, if needs be; cleaning bath and sink after use. Simples really.

In the spirit of fairness and equality, cleaning done on a rota basis.

I mostly work from home, in the living room.

It's ideal for someone who works in central London as the flat is located 7 mins walk away from Kennington and Oval stations (Northern Line).

Though I do not mind the odd diner/drink together, as an introvert, I am mostly someone who keeps to herself.
