We're looking for a friendly professional or couple to share our home in Kennington, as the current couple are moving out.

The house is in an excellent location, approx 5 min walk to Kennington, Lambeth North and Elephant & Castle tube stations, on the bakerloo and northern lines. The house is spread over 3 floors with a large kitchen, separate utility, shared living area and bathroom. There is also a large garden which is perfect for summer BBQs.

The very generously sized room is on the top floor of the house, with a SUPERKING (!) bed, lots of storage (wardrobe, 2 desks, 2 chest of drawers and 2 bookshelves) and a large ensuite. It comes as furnished.

The housemates are all friendly professionals, aged 26-29, who enjoy their own lives but also like to socialise within the house in the evenings or at weekends. We are looking for someone similar in age to join the house who will treat it like their home!

The rent is £930 per month, or £995 for a couple (in order to account for the additional person in the house and to spread the rent). Bills are approx 80-100 per month which includes council tax, tv licence, weekly cleaner, gas, electricity, water and cleaning supplies. The house is managed by an estate agency which means that any problems are dealt with quite quickly, but some extra fees will apply i. e reference check of £120 and a possible lease renewal fee.
