This is a nice spacious and bright flat. There is only one small room of 4 in total, the 5th bedrooms was recently transformed in a shower room with space for a massage table :-).


The small bedroom is very bright and has space for a tiny desk and a small double bed and wardrobe. We can replace the double bed with a single if that’s what’s preferred.

There is a large dining table, a WhatsApp group to keep in touch, a cleaner and a large living room for socialising. Lots of people stay longer in the flat as it's a really nice place in a wonderful area to live.
The living room also is furnished with two sofas, and along the long side of it there is a balcony which can fit a small gardening project.

The area is superbly connected and would suit anyone looking for long term rental. Kennington Park with its new exercising space and excellent café is just two blocks away.
Both Kennington and Oval Stations are 8min Walk from the flat. There are very good bus connections to all London.

King’s college and City and Guilds are walking distance from the flat.

Kate who is managing the property and showing people around lives just 10min away from the flat.

Bills around £75-80 per month including a cleaning service.
