Double bedroom with ensuite and own kitchen!!

I'm looking for someone to rent my spare room in my family home (I live here with my two young boys aged 9 and 11 years old and my sausage dog.

The room is a self contained studio, with a double bed, small kitchen and ensuite shower room.

The kitchenette has a fridge, sink, microwave, oven and grill and is equipped with toaster, kettle, baking trays, crockery set etc.

The room has a newly refurbished ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and large mirror on the wall.

The room has fast reliable wifi.

Excellent storage space available with hooks for coats by the door, storage under the bed and a wall of built-in cupboard space too.

Happy to provide bed linen and towels.

The room is located at the top of the first set of stairs on the first landing. You would have shared access with the rest of the house but be expected to live independently in your own space. It's at the back of the house so very quiet.

All bills are included in the cost.
