Double Bedroom With En-Suite In Gorgeous House

Hello we are three housies looking for a fourth family member as our lovely housemate sadly moves back to Brazil. The house is situated very close to the shops and cafes of Harlesden and a 15 minute walk to Kensal Rise and approx 20mins walk to Willesden Green, the area is serviced very well by transport. Willesden Junction is the closest station which is serviced by the Bakerloo and overground running to Clapham, Stratford and Richmond. FYI bills are not included and are running at currently around £150 per month.
The property is renovated to a high contemporary standard on a quiet leafy street. Wood floors throughout, spacious living room that leads to dining room, which overlooks the garden A separate kitchen with gas hob, huge family fridge and small breakfast bar.

The room on offer is the huge furnished double en-suite in the loft space, which has been recently decorated with a tonne of storage space. windows to either side of the room offer great light and views over the gardens of the street. The small bathroom has a shower and loo and is tiled throughout. Our preference is to share with a single person but we are not against living with a couple if we felt the dynamics were right.

There’s a summer house for guests to stay or for housemates to exercise, practice piano (we have one!) do yoga or hone their DJ skills?!

The house is perfectly appointed for sharers with three communal living spaces, a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The house is decorated beautifully with attention to detail, it feels like home as soon as you walk in, it helps that the landlords are vintage furniture restorers!

Who are we...
Jo a 44yr old doula (jojodoula. com) from Liverpool who loves to cook the home cooked food, enjoys yoga and is mum to 8yr old Jack-Tzu terrier Dolly.
Jamie a 37yr old visual effects artist, also from Liverpool who loves experimenting in the kitchen, makes a mean cocktail and thanks to lockdown has discovered his love of piano also! Jamie is a new dad to tiny feline ninja called Lola.
Ion is a 31yr old from Athens, studying a PHD at Imperial, into his classical music, plays our old piano beautifully and is rather handy with a power tool.

We are looking to cultivate a home rather than a houseshare. People with a spark who like a chat, a glass of wine, a shared meal, but are also happy to roll up their sleeves and muck in to maintain a nice standard of living. We enjoy good food and are excited about sharing food in this fab home..

Cleanliness is a priority, leaving dishes or not taking the initiative to clean and maintain the house in general would really not be welcomed, this is an adult houseshare. We implement a weekly cleaning rota between housies to keep things ticking along.

We are looking to have initial 'meet-ups' via zoom or FaceTime and then if its felt that we are a fit we would arrange a viewing.
