Double Room / Studio / Outhouse in Garden to Rent

The studio is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, sofa and shelves with a lovely view of the garden. There is no en suite bathroom however the tenant would have sole use of the down stairs bathroom with a shower on ground floor of the house.

The studio has a small fridge / hob / kettle and toaster so able to dine in the studio.

The studio is in the garden with private access although the tenant would have access to the main house ground floor to use the bathroom and prepare food, get water etc.

I am single mother with ta ten year old boy at a local school, we are home a lot.

All bills included, not food and there is wifi in the studio.

No couples, room shares, this is a room for one person only. No part of the main house is shared apart from use of bathroom and kitchen when necessary. I prefer no visitors coming in and out of the house. The studio would suit a busy professional.

Im happy to consider a reduction in rent for occasional baby sitting.
