Beautiful garden room with private bathroom.

Hi, I have a gorgeous, garden room available for rental immediately. .

I live in the main flat with my youngest son (15) and our 2 cats Midnight and Henry.
You would have access to the kitchen in the main flat ( which is where the washing machine is ) and the beautiful outside space.

The garden room is equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and hot plate hob for basic cooking requirements. It is fully insulated and has a radiator as well as WiFi and en-suite bathroom. There is also a heated drying rack and electric blanket if it’s cold.

Access to the garden room is via the front door then out through the kitchen into the garden. I’m looking for someone in full time employment who doesn’t work from home and has a positive, respectful attitude.. I
occasionally smoke but never inside my flat, only in the garden and this would also apply to the garden room.

Scrubs Lane is ideally situated for transport links with the 18 and 220 bus stops minutes away as well as Willesden Junction train station (London Overland and Bakerloo line) within a 10 minute walk. The parking is free before 9am and after 5pm but is pay and display during working hours and there are electric charging spaces 2 minutes away in Waldo Rd.. I am unable to provide a parking permit.

There are lovely walks along the Grand Union Canal, Wormwood Scrubs and Kensal Green cemetery just minutes away. During the week I’m very quiet and like the go to bed early as I’m up at 6am but am more relaxed on the weekends and school holidays.
