In the corner or the room is an open plan kitchenette with hob and built-in convection oven microwave and grill combination.
Washing machine is located in the hallway.

There are double French door style double glazed windows which open outwards overlooking the garden.

A work station area has been built into the chimney with soft lighting and sockets for telephone line Wi-Fi etc. Doorway leading into a fully fitted bathroom (yes with a real bath) and traditional mixer taps There is also a new separate power shower!

The studio is in Buchanan Gardens Kensal Green NW10 located in a nice wide tree lined street with Victorian houses.

1 minute to main road (Harrow Road) and local shops and co-op , Buses, Restaurants, Bars etc.

Less than 10 minutes to trendy Chamberlayne Rd Bars clubs, Shops, Tesco express Restaurants and Queens Park.

Less than 10 minutes to Kensal Green Tube (Zone 2 Bakerloo Line) and Overground Station.

10 minutes to Kensal Rise Overground Station.

Plenty of buses to Central and West London.
Tesco express 10 minutes’ walk.

Sainsbury’s Supermarket is a short bus journey (about 3 stops).

Portobello market is 10 minutes bus journey away.

Local Park is 5 minutes away.
