I have a beautiful loft room with a double bed and its own private shower/WC room to rent for a short let of 3 months max. It is available from 22 January 2025 until 17 April 2025.
The loft conversion is recent, so everything is new.

The flat is spacious, artistic, calm and cozy with an open plan living room, kitchen and dinning room, which includes all the amenities (washing machine, wifi...) and a piano.

There are two young women living here, Ananya is a medical student and Elena who works for an artist. They are both discreet, friendly and quiet.

The flat is located at 12 mins walk from both Kensal Green (bakerloo line and overground to Euston) and Willesden Junction tube stations and equal distance from Kensal Rise (overground to Stratford) and a number of buses (52, 18, 187...), making it ideal to reach Euston in 12 mins, the East End and Soho.

The neighbourhood is full of cafes, shops, restaurants and there's even a local independent cinema The Lexi, two local parks and a gym.
We are 20 mins away from Portobello Road Market and from Queens Park Farmer's Market on Sundays.

I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean and friendly for a short let of a maximum of 3 months or less.
