Lovely ensuite room in Kensal Green

Hi everyone! We're looking for a new flatmate to take over a double ensuite room in our lovely flat in Kensal Green!

Room comes furnished with a double bed (including mattress) & wardrobe and has space for a bedside table. There’s also the white chest of drawers pictured. You’ll have a modern ensuite with shower, sink and toilet. Suitable for 1 person.

The flat has 2 other double bedrooms (over 2 floors), a large, bright and airy living room with dining table, sofas, tv. Separate kitchen with all appliances, and a main bathroom with bath/shower.

The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, but transport links are really good, 10 min walk to Kensal Green (Bakerloo & Overground), Kensal Rise (Overground) and Willesden Junction stations (Bakerloo & Overground). There’s a library down the road and College Road offers a lovely cafe, Italian deli and pub.

Price for the room is £790, bills aren't included but are around £130-150 per month each which includes gas & Wi-Fi, water & council tax. Contract is on a rolling monthly basis (the landlords were looking to sell but they haven’t made any further steps in that direction). Move-in date is TBC but late September/early October would be ideal. Rent is paid on the 6th, so definitely by 6th October. We rent through a private landlord and the deposit is £737.

You'll be living with Chloe and Nia. Chloe is 27 and works in conservation; Nia is 24 and works for a travel company! The flat is our home and we would like it to be the same for you! We’re looking for someone around the same age as us who doesn’t mind hanging out at home or going for dinner/drinks etc occasionally but also respects each other’s privacy and space equally!

We’re generally quite laid-back and prefer nights in to nights out. Chloe loves to crochet, go to gigs and do anything nature related 🌳 Nia enjoys baking, going for a run and exploring London’s markets 🥐
