I have a beautiful, spacious two bedroom split-level flat occupying the upper floors of a converted Edwardian house.

The room is large, bright and airy, with a strong sense of privacy (it’s on its own floor) and is furnished with a double bed (John Lewis sprung mattress), fitted wardrobes, several chests of drawers and also includes a dressing area with potential space for a desk. It has an en-suite shower room and fast Virgin broadband.

There is an eat-in kitchen with Miele and Bosch appliances.

The property is on a side road, close to shops, a large park, buses and about a 7-min walk from Willesden Junction Bakerloo tube/Overground station, Zones 2 & 3 – Paddington is 15 mins, Oxford Circus approx 25 mins, Bank approx 35 mins.

The great shops, restaurants and bars in fashionable Kensal Rise (including The Lexi cinema), Queens Park and Notting Hill are all within easy reach, as is Westfield.

I am looking to share with someone who is clean, tidy and considerate, and who appreciates a comfortable, friendly and relaxing home. I’m open to a short-term arrangement, though my preference is for someone seeking a longer-term setup. Whoever stays here must be respectful of the space.
