Description
Hi there!
Looking for.... an easy and nice place to stay? Cool, here we are. I am leaving my small in a small house in Kensal Green- whether early August or early September, it depends a bit on when I find someone who would like to live here.
So, where is 'here'?: Typical London working-class house. Everything is here (yes, including an ancient carpet on the upper floor, rather thin walls, and a loudly dripping toilet tank) and everything small. It's been a while since the house was renovated, but it does have its charm... and a yard! and it's cheap.
The rent is £515, our landlord is so sweet to pay for our water and to not ask for a deposit. Bills come to £35 per month, gas every 3 months makes summa sumarum about 550 in summer and 570-580 in winter.
You would be living here with Rosana and Ben, we are two people leaving the house and the city. It is a friendly and quiet place, Rosana is working from Ben primarily in the night. They both would prefer living with a professional who is not working from home.
I will take my plants and everything with me. Bedframe, desk, chair stay. I bought a new mattress in Febraury, which I will like to sell to you and I will try to make a deal with the landlord, as he should provide one... to be discussed :)
Soo........ hey, questions? drop me a line and I will get back to you!
Cheers, Laura
PS In terms of move-in dates: the ad states 01.09., if you are looking for sth earlier, let me know, I could be able to move out early August or even mid of July. just let me know.
