We have one large double room available from July at £555 per month.
Bills are up to 50 pounds per month during spring and summer and can go up to £100 during winter because of the gas bill.
You will be sharing the house with Ben, Laura and Rosana all professionals! We are currently looking for a professional that ideally works at the office during the day !
The house is lovely with a small garden and a small kitchen! We have a living room and dining room and we are looking for someone clean.
Viewings are running now so please share a short presentation of yourself and which sector do you work at! Because of time sake we won’t respond to any students, people who have not lived in a flatshare before, people working from home or evening shift !
