Double Room available in a stylish flat

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a third person to share a 3 bed flat. The kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, flooring and furniture are all in very good condition and it has been designed to be a peaceful place to come back to.

The bedroom comes fully furnished and there is a large living room to relax, socialize and enjoy meals in.

There are two bathrooms in the flat and a kitchen that includes a washer/dryer machine.

The local shops and Kensal Green tube station are less than 5 mins walk away, Kensal Rise & Queenspark are also just down the road which has many cool bars and restaurants to enjoy.

All bills are inclusive in the rent including council tax.

The house atmosphere is a friendly one and communal areas are always kept clean. The room is better suited for a female as you will be sharing a bathroom with current female flatmate however a male flatmate will be considered.

The bedroom itself is has a double bed with plenty of storage and natural light. The mattress is a very good quality one. Furniture is all of high quality.
