We are looking for a new flatmate for a great flat in Kensal Rise!
The flat is arranged over two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open-plan kitchen/living room. It has plenty of character and the living space is amazing for having people over. It also has a roof terrace which is perfect to sit out on in the summer!
A lovely double room with plenty of storage space and
Bills come to c.£125 per month.
The current flatmates are Maria (graphic designer) and Nana (diary coordinator & creative). We love London, design, and cooking, we also attempt to stay active and just make the most of what the area has to offer. We see the flat as very much a home and are looking for a flatmate who wants the same.
The flat is well connected - just a 10-minute walk from both Kensal Green (Bakerloo, Overground) and Kensal Rise (Overground) stations as well as plenty of bus routes. It is also just a short walk from a large Sainsbury as well as shops, bars etc. in Portobello & Notting Hill.
Sadly one flat is moving out as she has bought a place. The deposit for the room is £942 and would be paid to our departing flatmate but held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme as per usual.
