Tubes (bakerloo), buses (6 and 52) and overground (Euston/Clapham/Stratford) are all going fast to central London.
The property is located in a quiet area and is close from grocery shops, pubs/restaurants, park and gym.
The rent doesnt include bills, council tax (about GBP 125 on average per month)
The flat is well-looked after and i expect my flatmate to do the same.
