Cozy and comfortable Room Available in Kensal Gree

We have a lovely room available in our shared 3-bedroom flat in Kensal Green. We're looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate to move in at the end of January. I am Kate and im moving out of the room as im leaving London. I will be doing viewings and hope to find my housemates a great new person to share their home with. Hopefully you'll meet them during the viewing.

All bills, except council tax, are included in the rent price. We're in Council tax band D.
We're looking for someone on a 6 month minimum stay basis and if you 'work from home' it can only be a max or two days per week.
