I will be sadly moving out in mid June to live with my friend but have been in this property for 4 years!
The flat is on a quiet residential road 10 minute walk from Kensal Green underground and 15 minute walk to Kensal Rise overground. You will be near a couple of corner shops, brunch spots, a Tesco Express and a gym! Queen’s Park is also a short walk away for relaxing on a sunny day. Not to forget Westfield White City is also a 10 minute bus!
The flat itself is 3 bedrooms so you will be sharing with two females - one who works in fashion and another in science. We are all busy in and out of the flat but also love to come home and cook/ watch tv together. There is also a shared garden with the other tenants in the building which is a rarity in London.
You will also be sharing communal areas and a bathroom with one other tenant so it’s super important that you are tidy 💕
The £700 rent doesn’t include bills so there will be an added £150 for water, council tax, internet and energy.
I would need to be out of the flat by June 14th and you will require reference checks from the agency and be added to the tenancy agreement for an added fee of £50, so I am keen to fill!
