Lovely and bright double bedroom in Kensal Green

I will sadly be moving out of my lovely two bed flat in June and am looking for someone to take over the room. It is a beautiful flat and very affordable for such a sought after neighbourhood.

The flat is on a very quiet, residential road which is only a short 4 min walk to Kensal Green underground and an 8 min walk to Kensal Rise overground. The neighbourhood has a lovely vibe and sense of community, with lots of local amenities such as cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and gyms. It’s extremely well located and only a 20 min tube to get into central London.

It is a 2 bed flat on the first floor, with an open plan living and kitchen area and a shared bathroom. The bedroom is lovely, bright and cosy. You will be sharing with one other female, who is 30 years old and works in finance. The bathroom is very big in size with a separate bath and walk-in shower, which is a rarity in London. Since these spaces will be shared with the other tenant, it’s important that you’re also very tidy and respectful of cleanliness.

The rent will be £210 per week, not including bills. Of course they will vary but at the minute, bills are estimated at around £150.
