Hi, I’m heading to São Paulo for work from 10th June to 11th July (32 nights) and looking for someone to occupy my room during this period. My occupation requires me to travel so I often sublet the room.

*I’m open to slightly longer or shorter stays if required.

Viewings:

Location:

• Quiet, safe street with great amenities (gyms, parks, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs)

• 5-minute walk to Kensal Green Station (Bakerloo Line & Overground)

• 15 minutes into Central London

The House:

• 3 males and 1 female

• Friendly working professionals who respect each other’s space but enjoy a chat in the kitchen or garden.

• House WhatsApp group for quick questions and updates.
