Double room in Kensal Green - Sublet

Hey guys!

Due to a recent change in circumstances, my partner has moved out, so I’m looking for someone to take over their part of the contract in our lovely Victorian 2-bed flat in Kensal Green NW10, just 3 minutes from the station.

The flat has a spacious kitchen and an attic that can be used as a desk space or a chill area, (the picture it’s from back when we moved in, so it looks a bit like storage space 😅).

Rent is £900 pcm (not including bills) - bills are around £200pp pcm.

The room and the house comes fully furnished as shown (except from the TV)

The contract runs until February the 10th, with a possibility of extension after that (this is up to the agency)

A little bit about me:
I’m 28, a full-time professional working five days a week from the office. I’m clean and respectful, and I value the same qualities in a flatmate.

Ideally looking for a professional (male or female), aged 25-40.
In my free time, I like going to the gym or out with friends. I’m pretty easy-going and chill overall.
