My large room is now available from 23rd November in Kensal Green!

This is the largest of the three bedrooms that are in the flat. Sharing a bathroom with one girl and the other girl has her own.

As you can see, you can fit a small dressing table / desk/ bedside table etc!

Room is partly furnished but I am up for discussion on some of my own pieces.

Comes with built in wardrobe, tall wood draws and the double bed.

The mattress is actually my own and up for selling it on (fairly new and the comfiest ever) otherwise you can bring your own! (Bedframe is agency’s)

Rent is £830 per month and bills are around £100-£120 each month.

Deposit is £690

This would be a tenancy takeover and you’ll be able to renew in July!

This is a ground floor flat and front facing. The bedroom and large lounge get the best lighting, small kitchen but all appliances are only 1-2 years old!

Kensal Green / Kensal Rise tube stations are within 10 minutes walking distance - that’s Bakerloo, lioness and mildmay lines.

Westfields White City and Notting Hill are around 10-15 minutes away.

Large Sainsbury’s at Ladbroke Grove or Tescos at Willesden.

This is a quieter area and it’s super safe and has amazing independent restaurants and cafes!

Queens Park is only around 20-25 minutes away walking distance away as well for that summer sunshine 🌞☀️

The girls you’ll be sharing with are 25, one works for Savilles and one has just started a PHD!
