Double room in 3 bedroom flat - Kensal Green

Sadly one of the flatmates is leaving soon this great flat in Kensal Green/Rise, after living here for over 5 years.

The flat is located in a very quite neighbourhood, near Delis, Supermarkets, Stations, pubs and nice restaurants.

Within walking distance from portobello market, Queen’s Park, and gyms.

No bills included. That would be another £200 more or less for council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet. In the winter gas a bit more than summer.

Two guys from Italy (late 20s) living in the other rooms, both working full time on a hybrid job. Ideally someone with similar routine, clean and respectful.

There is no shared living room and no space really to host dinners/lunch as the kitchen is not that large. We are 2 friends really quiet and responsible, so it’s important to find someone similar.

The current tenant is selling , desk, chair, black drawers for £150 .
