The room is bright with a bay window, king-size bed, desk, good storage and bookshelves.

You will share the kitchen/living area and bathroom with me (female, 64).
This is a calm and comfortable home in a quiet residential street, close to local shops, cafés, parks and Willesden Junction/Kensal Green stations.

I’m looking for a tidy, respectful lodger who is independent, friendly and easy-going — someone who appreciates a peaceful home and is looking for a comfortable base rather than a flatshare-style setup.

Please note this is a live-in landlord arrangement.
