Beautiful Ensuite Attic Room in Kensal Rise

We’re looking for someone to take over my beautiful double bedroom with ensuite on the top floor of our house share, as I've just purchased a flat and am leaving after seven years of living here!

The bedroom is at the top of the house, has a little ensuite with shower, and is really light and bright with both north and south facing windows. There’s also eaves for extra storage. It’s a really beautiful space and feels like its own little self-contained flat. The room comes fully furnished.

We’re a friendly house of working professional gals, from TV to marketing. We all enjoy meals together and a chat, but also respect the need for chilling and downtime. Not a big party household, we’re a chill and homely space. We have a large communal kitchen and living room, with washer, dryer and dishwasher appliances, and a large private garden. We also have a little corgi called Toast, who belongs to our flatmate Katy.

Our house is in Kensal Rise, close to all the independent shops of Chamberlayne Road. We’re close to loads of great pubs and a little independent cinema. About 7 mins walk from Kensal Green on the Bakerloo, and 10 mins to Kensal Rise on the Overground Mildmay line.

The room is currently £1,070 pm but we have annual rent reviews in January so this is likely to go up a little. Our landlord is currently confirming the new rates so we should be able to let you know promptly!

Council Tax is £54.25 /month per person.
Bills on not included, but average about £140/month approx (incl council tax)

The room is available fully from 1st December, but there will be some flexibility from 14th November if the room is needed earlier.
